This hotel was excellent; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked a Sunday and Monday night and wanted to go to the rooftop, however it was closed for those days so we asked if we could at least get a room with a view of the water and the staff gave us a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The hotel location was in walking distance to several shops, restaurants and an old castle.
The parking garage which is not run by the hotel was confusing and since it was underground, I could not scan the barcode. Fortunately; a staff member gave us information for parking at the pier with the app parkster which was much easier and more reasonable.

Lovely hotel, friendly attentive staff. Great central location. Very clean, comfortable beds. Lovely shower with rituals toiletries

Breakfast was nice, clean and comfortable beds
Swimming pool area looked and we were told we had to books slots and pay extra to use the pool , never experienced that in any hotel in the world.
