We were in Helsingborg for a week long meeting taking place in the hotel. The facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant each day and they were also wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. This is a great hotel for a meeting.
There's no view out the windows and the location isn't particularly beautiful, but it is very convenient for the train station and all of the restaurants etc. are walkable so it still works.

The location was superb, everything was within the reach. The best part is the breakfast, really wonderful dishes.
There was a persistent electricity issue during my stay in Room 609. The circuit breaker was loose, causing the power to cut out multiple times over my three-day stay. I reported this to reception, and I was informed that the room already had a known issue.
I find it disappointing that I was assigned a room with such a problem, especially after paying the full amount. Guests should be provided with rooms that are fully functional and comfortable. It was quite frustrating to experience repeated power outages throughout my stay.
I would kindly request that, in the future, all rooms are properly checked and maintained before being allocated to guests.
