The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel provided secure storage for our bicycles. The included breakfast was excellent.

I like the location ,big parkering, breakfast is hearty
I couldn't iron my clothes for three days. The pillows were too high and hard for me. The room was very stuffy.

The beds were comfy, location is great, staff is good.
Less breakfast spread compared to other hotels and that too it took longer to refill things which were over.
The bed lamps in my room did not work at all and the room was allocated without even checking those so overall the room was dark at night due to lack of lights
The cleaning staff did not clean my room , i left hotel in the morning at 11am the staff was in the room beside me cleaning and when i came at 4pm the staff was in my room just trying to make the bed and was on constant phone call during the cleaning since morning, as soon as we reached our room she left the room just changing the towels and when i asked her why she did not clean it she said she is not supposed to clean the room just change the towels. I stayed from friday to mornday and not a single day cleaning happened. The problem is they are always on telephone while cleaning and it took 4 hours to move from the room beside me to my room when i was away and then also it was not cleaned as mentioned due to which it gets a poor rating from me.
