I did like how close it was to everything, literally steps away from major tourist attractions.
Although we had a great city view, it was sooo noisy at night, we could barely sleep. The room could also had AC to have better ventilation and cooler air (it was a very hot summer day).

Breakfast was excellent although hot food could have been warmer. Fika was good. Dinners were fairly basic but generally very good - again hot food could have been warmer.

Staff was great, Patrick ensured a smooth and pleasant check in experience. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was great, plentiful, fresh. Location was great as well.
Facilities were a bit dated, but comfortable and nevertheless. The main elevator was being repaired and the additional elevator which was put for use was a bit slow and heavy.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We also liked the concept of having the option of full board, which made the stay very convenient. Overall, the hotel offered good value and a pleasant atmosphere.
The room was small, although this was partly my own fault as I booked at the last minute and it was the best available option. There was some noise from the ventilation system outside, and during summer it could become warm if the window needs to remain closed. The breakfast and dinner were rather basic and uninspiring, although perfectly edible.
