Fascinating historical building, very good breakfast, central location

The best parking lot is slightly inconvenient, St Nicolai Parkering is located close to the hotel but on the top of a hill

Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated room in a beautiful old building.
Well located close to station, foreshore and gardens.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice location, good breakfast in a very nice restaurant.
I’m not sure whether Booking or the hotel is to blame, but I must have received 25 different messages in different channels to persuade me to spend more money.
Meanwhile there was no way to inform me that the bar and the restaurant was closed for New Years celebrations for an external party. My friends and I was supposed to have a drink at the hotel before the restaurant and they even called the hotel to confirm it was open but when they arrived they couldn’t enter. We went to Grand next door, I will remember to book that next time!
