- Exceptional breakfast - Impeccable rooms and bathrooms, clean rooms and communal spaces - Star Prestige is absolutely worth the money if you plan on staying a lot in the hotel - Staff was very friendly and helpful - The view from our room was outstanding - Bathroom amenities great - Terrace of the room (Star Prestige Junior Room with Seaview) was exceptional There are a lot of comments regarding the price of the hotel - I would like to address these by saying that if you decide to stay here, you should be aware of the fact that you are staying in a 5 star beachside hotel, so the prices are according. It is on the moderate side of pricey compared to other options, but the money you are spending are well worth it. The staff is great, the views are awesome, the beach is really close and the food is very good. The bar prices are as well in accordance with a 5 star hotel (10-15 euros for a cocktail, 8-10 euros for spirits, wines and champagne varies on what you get but in general reasonably priced)

- Beds were too soft for us, the sides of the mattress should be reinforced a bit - The servers were way to eager to clean our table and we felt rushed sometimes - Unfortunately we tried the steak multiple times (buffet dinner, hotel restaurants) and they cannot get the temperature right (which is a shame, otherwise the meals were great and nicely cooked) - English could be improved with some of the front desk staff These were minor inconveniences, they did not affect our stay in general.

This was our 6th stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything is just perfect and we are looking forward to coming back in 2027. The staff are the worlds best! Dreamy pool, wonderful food. Thank you.
