The location is great if you want to stay away from the big crowds in Costa Adeje or Playa de Las Americas. The beach in front of the hotel is quite big and very nice as it's not overcrowded.
The hotel is very clean and staff is amazing, very attentive and very dedicated to make your stay as nice as possible.
There is a lot to offer inside the hotel and there is a different shows going on every night. There is a lot of amenities, especially for kids to enjoy themselves.
Parking is a bit problematic as there is a limited number of spaces in front. There is free public parking available all around the hotel, but it is usually quite packed over the day - people going to the nice beach and camper vans.
If you don't want to listen to shows every night, be sure to take the room that doesn't overlook the inside yard of the hotel - the pool area. There is a show going on until 11pm most nights.

The lobby with piano bar was nice. Size of pool was great and pool bar was great.
Pool was completely out of most peoples depth for the whole thing which is unusual now a days. Mattress was very poor on the bed and the bin in bathroom was rusty and broken which just says to me that they are not paying attention to detail. Cleaning was on average also.
