Location could not be better; the accommodation is literally in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main spots. Metro station, bus stops, etc. all only 1-2min walking distance. The rooms were spotless with powerful aircon, a mini-fridge, and a small balcony. The soundproof was surprisingly good, taken into account this is in Madrid city centre (no chance you get complete silence anywhere, but this place was pretty close)!
Our room was super tiny! You can't fit a larger checked suitcase in this room. Luckily, we only had a small carry-on and a backpack, and we managed to fit :)

Excellent location, right in the middle of city, comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff. The space is a bit tight. But for the location, we were very pleased.

Right next to citi center, and Plaza Mayor, excellent location ..close to everything
Its pretty basic, extra bed was a trundle bed, not great
