Customer service Driven. Friendly. Clean, calm.
Everything was perfect.

Great location in the heart of Madrid near Sol square, but the room was quiet -- no noise at all, even with the Halloween celebrations outside. The host was very nice and communicated clearly. The room had a good shower, stable wifi, decent bed, fridge, and even a microwave. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back here!

Excellent location, the host was always available.
I wish the room could have just a single queen bed, it would have a bit more space.
