I liked how centric the hostel is in Madrid and how close to restaurants, bars, metro, renfe and more. The hostel was really modern and the staff was really helpful and kind. My room was great and the roommates I got were chilled and cool people.
The only thing I did not like was how loud the it was outside which is out of the control of the hostel. I did not liked I had to pay for a towel. Because at the end when all 8 of us were in the rooms and using the showers had to come into an agreement of where we had to put our towels so we do not confusing them because the hanging area are not number but that is just a minor thing. I would return to this location.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable - even tho there were no curtains i felt good
The staff was nice and the internet connection was very good
The rooms were clean and it was easy to have access to a hair dryer or towels
The mixed dorm was not my best experience but that depended on the people staying there (loud snoring, only men etc)
The bathroom had milky glass and you couldn't close it which wasn't that comfortable as a girl solo traveling
