Communications is clear, location is amazing, walkable distance to a lot of places with restaurants, bars, grocery stores around and 5 mins from Puerta del Sol, accommodation is clean, has everything (towels, AC, kitchen), very quiet for a hostel.

The location was perfect, as well as the view to the church across the street from the room.
The room was clean and the staff were super helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!
This is not on the property - but sometimes, people would eat our food from the fridge.

The location is very central and you have a fully equipped kitchen that is shared with other apartments. The guide sent to access the apartment was very easy to understand.
Bathroom is way to small I could barely fit in the shower cubicle. Rooms not sound proof so at night you'll hear every little noise.
