The location is perfect and in a great neighborhood. The staff did a good job of cleaning the room and the apartment. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the bathroom.
The soap in all 3 bathrooms was basically empty the entire trip. Other guests more than once ate food we left in the fridge and left the bathroom dirty.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We booked this flat specifically to have a nice cool room all day and night to rest. The air conditioner is not controllable by individual guests and is not powerful enough to keep the entire flat at a reasonable temperature. If we left our door shut (which we should be able to do) the room became very warm.
