Fully inclusive was excellent quality. You could get food from 9 different places and some of it 24 hours. The poolside pancakes were yummy. Plenty of sunbeds and you could ask for more from the store roo . Reception staff incredibly helpful and waiters inside the main restaurant lovely and attentive. Lovely and close to the stunning town.
The indoor pool should have been heated almost nobody used it and the outdoor pool was cold too - but bearable once in with the sun on you. One breakfast we had the "breakfast police" lady at the door refusing to let us in 1 minute late claiming they were clearing up but they weren't.
The Asian restaurant got very booked as few tables but no ambience or Asian decor in there and the staff could have been more attentive. Asian menu a nit sparse.
Beach mostly too windy but other side of island no wind. Pillows a bit hard and too spongy.

We came for a family vacation, I booked two rooms, in practice there were always malfunctions, it started with the air conditioner and the beds were not repaired, they moved us to a room, then there were continuous power and water cuts, we arrived at a refugee hotel because of the fire and we slept everywhere in the hotel outside. .

Staff were very friendly and attentive, location was great and the facilities were as described. Lots of choice for food.
Entertainment could have been better, room would shake when music was playing downstairs, pools were quite small and beds got taken quickly, me and my girlfriend both got food poisoning.

Close to the city center, it has its own beach, friendly staff, encore rock band and jersey tones were amazing.
They provide slippers and bathrobes for each room. Reception is available for all your requests.
Structure is very old. Room's decoration is very old fashioned. Bed is not comfortable and very old, elevator's air conditioning does not work, bathtub had a very ugly and old curtain. Overall the hotel really needs a renovation.
The other big problem is food. It is not tasty and usually very salty (very surprising because the average age of the guests in this hotel is 50+). The variety of the food is also poor. They serve chicken, beef, pork, fish, vegetables, rice, pasta and they are always the same. One day chicken has a sauce, one day not. But mainly you get the almost same recipe and taste over and over every day which is really disappointing. Things that had sauce on them were really soaked, you don't get the simple flavour of the food but just this untasty sauce. The desserts section is also very bad. The only exception is traditional greek desserts but other than this all desserts taste like pure sugar and butter with no flavour. Another horror, the orange juice! It is definitely diluted to start with but also it is not fresh orange juice. It is some kind of powder mix which might contain a bit of real orange juice but what you taste is really artificial. Eating in this hotel makes your stomach full but leaves you unsatisfied all the time. All inclusive concept in 5 star hotel shouldn’t be just eating limitlessly unhealthy and untasty food but it should be a pleasant experience which was obviously lacking.

Value for money, room size, food and drink options were more significant than expected, staff were friendly and helpful. The gym and spa facilities were decent and music entertainment was quite good.
Buffet dinner was not the best but to be expected. Gym was small and dated. All else was good.

Luxurious 5* experience, with excellent food and facilities. Rooms with stunning sea-view and great beds to sleep in. Minibar gets filled up daily. Even though the hotel is quite big, all the service is found in the middle for everyone to easily access. Nice pools and also free sun beds by the beach. Short walk to both old and new town. Welcoming and friendly staff.
Even though an excellent experience as a whole and a fully recommended hotel to everyone, some improvement ideas to improve the experience even more; rooms could be updated, including refrigerator (to be less energy consuming) as well as cabinets in the room. Lightning in the dining areas could be dimmed slightly during evening time.

I would definitely go back for a holiday to the Mitsis! Restaurants had great selection of vegetarian food and there was a fun, localized and tasty cocktail menu at the bar. There were no long queues to the restaurants and the place didn’t feel crowded though the hotel was full. Beautiful and good location close to the historical city centre too. Hotel had own beach and good sunbeds. Rooms had lovely and fresh Mediterranean decor and eveything was tip-top. Staff and service were very friendly and easygoing and service was on point!
If you’re staying only couple of nights you’re not allowed to reserve a table to the a la carte restaurants or for the brunch.

The hotel was very clean and good. Because they hadn't have 2 close rooms they upgraded to suite which were amazing.
The restaurants were good and the food was tasty. In any time you can find something to eat or drink. The team were kindly and helpful
There are some restaurants that need a reservation. Unfortunately, even I tried to reserve it on my First day the were no available places (1 week ahead...).I recommend to make the reservation before coming to the hotel

Excellent hotel with great location. Very responsive and friendly staff. From the hotel receptionist to the maid, everyone does a great job. All issues were resolved very promptly. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The furniture is certainly not new, but it is always clean and always looks good. The room includes a minibar. There is a fairly large balcony, and we really liked the view of the garden (in our case). The food in the restaurant is not particularly varied, but it is well prepared and tasty. Always several types of meat, fish, less often seafood. Fruits and sweets were always in abundance. Most of the bartenders are very friendly and are masters of their craft. We were also lucky with the evening programs - they were wonderful concerts with very good music. The beach has its own sun loungers with umbrellas, where there is access to the Internet, for some this is important.
In general, there was a very positive impression and a desire to return again!

The selection of restaurants was very good.
The air conditioning unit in our initial room was terrible. Very old and not generating enough cool air. We had to ask to be moved after one night to another room with a new air con unit. This 2nd room was so much better. The staff were very accommodating with our request to be moved.

Met expectations of an all inclusive hotel E.g. nice food
Staff made multiple mistakes, such as giving us someone else’s room key, which scared us awfully as we walked into a couple shouting at us. Then we had to wait for a new key for a good couple of hours. They then gave us a new room which didn’t have a sea view which we specifically paid for. We went to reception the next day to get a new room and they said we had to move out straight away, even though we wasn’t packed and was on the way to our beach. This completely ruined my mood for the first two days of my holiday and we wasn’t even compensated for anything more especially after that traumatic experience.
