excellent service from arrival to checkout. staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are impressive and comfortable. great water pressure. location at heart of Hatyai town, down the lifts to Lee garden market. will recommend 100%

Not a 4 star hotel. It’s an average 3 star. Old. Needs refurbishing. Smelly hall ways. When you arrive it is not obvious where the entrance to the hotel is because there is no reception, just 2 elevators. When you get in the elevator there is no information which floor reception is ! It’s on the 6th floor ! The singer in the reception area was awful (tone deaf). There was a big black hair on the bed. During the night other doors in the hall way were slamming loud. In the morning other doors in the hall way were slamming loud.
The owners and management of this property have some work to do.
