Love the location and the room space
The staff named Tomson. Very unfriendly no smile at all.. I'm coming with kids, but the way he looks at us is very annoying. Looks like my child is very miserable. While that time is not peak and no people at lobby.
At first I requested an early check in due to this condition. Which brings senior citizens and kids and babies. It was approved at first due to the availability of room. But at that he was in charge of the check in time, he held until 2pm.
It is supposed, if the room has finished for housekeeping he can call to accommodate the priority people first. But with his face we know he purposedly want us to wait until exact 2 pm.
If people come with family and used to check in a hotel, we know how the staff very welcoming people with kids and infant. But this staff not.

I would say the location of the hotel is good. Everything is nearby. Easy accessible. Ms. Nona was a helpful receptionist. She's the only one who can speak English. The best part is that this place has a Halal kitchen. If you are a Muslim, you are in good hands!
The lifts are only two. And when many people waited for the lifts - it was somewhat chaotic. Also, the bathroom is dirty, especially the bathtub - moldy and yellowish stains. I felt gross.

Location, price decent, free parking
The bathroom design is the worst....those curtain cannot even block the water, it directly drain following the little grove.
Only one fixed shower head on the top, it is so dangerous for the elder to climb up and down, and there is no anti slipping mat in the bathtub.
And all the window are tinted in blue, if you are a girl and needs to put on make up, god bless your result.
And the closet has someone left over shirt and jacket..don't even know if they really clean the hotel roo throughly
