Good, quiet location away from the crowds around Lee Gardens market but still close to everything. Clean rooms and really good renovation job. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast and excellent coffee in the cafe. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Hat Yai for the same price which are a bit run down and basic by comparison to Habita
Bed was a bit hard for my liking but others might like it that way

Nicely renovated hotel, friendly staff. Location is walking distance to old town and china “town”. We enjoyed our stay.
The separate toilet and bathroom is a bit unpractical. Also, for some reason in Asia many hotels like to have a glass panel in the bathroom facing the room. In this room both the toilet and the shower door are frosted glass, but you can still see the person in the shower.
There is no buffet breakfast offered, and although à la carte breakfast tasted well, it is relatively more expensive than what you get with a buffet.

Location very close to centre of Hatyai. Cozy interior settings will clean toilets and room.
Low bed frame with not so comfortable mattress. Not so convenient for elderly. No parking provided, if you have your own car you need to park outside the hotel premise and it’s not easy to get the parking outside. Most of the time parking is full. No concierge service to assist your bags and lungages and Rooftop restaurant under renovation and no prior notice from the hotel or booking.com about this.
