The hotel staff should get professional training on how to deal with guests specifically that it’s a luxury hotel
Well this Sophia didn’t seem to make it look like it’s part of a luxury collection hotel
This was not my first stay at Park Tower, which is why I was especially shocked and disappointed by the way our situation was handled this time.
We arrived on time for check-in, but we were told that we would have to wait approximately three hours if we wanted all of our rooms on the same floor since we booked 4 rooms in total . We understood the situation and declined to wait, so we accepted the alternative offered by Sophia: two rooms on the same floor and the other two rooms on a different floor.
However, after we agreed to this arrangement, Sophia informed us that this was no longer possible and that each room would have to be on a different floor. This was extremely frustrating, particularly because we had already agreed to the alternative she initially offered.
What disappointed me even more was the way she dealt with the situation. Her response was not professional or accommodating, and I felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. I have stayed at Park Tower before and have always expected a certain level of service, which unfortunately was not reflected during this stay.
I was also very surprised to be told that five rooms could be given a late check-out until 5:00 PM. This makes no sense from a hotel operations perspective, especially when guests arriving on time are being asked to wait several hours for their rooms.
Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. There are many professional hotels in and around that we can choose from when we visit London, and unfortunately, after this experience, I will be reconsidering staying at the Park Tower again.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how this situation was handled, as this is certainly not the level of service I expected from the hotel.
The hotel curtains were ripped off and I asked for a nespresso machine in the room but never so it for the whole stay

Everything was good ,comfortable and the employees were very nice,friendly and helpful.
I had some small problems in the room as the mini bar was not working and the shower door was broken but everything has been repaired and replaced immediately. So I’m satisfied.

Very bad guest service specially Sophia very rude Russian lady!! She should get a professional training course on how to deal with customers looking down on people if it wasn’t for all the Arabs booking in this hotel the income would drop badly so deal with your customers with respect
