Good location; close to where I needed to go for work but also really handy for the train into London in the evening.

The breakfast was average. I am a Muslim and had to skip the cooked menue because it is not halal
I was given room no 1 which was dim and small.. For the first three nights. the floor was not vacuumed, the bed was not made and the floor was flooded everytime I showered. It was after I complained that things improved.
