- The room was lovely.
- Checked in very quickly.
- Staff are generally welcoming.
- The location and facilities of the hotel, including the Gym and the pool, are great.
- The light in the room wasn't working.
- No fridge in the room despite booking a very big room.
- Check-in time on the booking is at 1600, and check-out is at 1100, which seems quite unfair.

The hotel is beautiful and is the only hotel we will stay at when in Brighton.
The bathroom in room 184 was very small and the WiFi did not work when in the room.

Excellent location, very clean and tidy
My room had no view. The light was poor and it was dark. In the room no fridge, no biscuits the configuration was odd with the tv at the side not full on. I was a bit underwhelmed
