My friend and I had a lovely stay. We explored Brighton. The location was excellent , the staff lovely and friendly . and we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the morning. we hope to come again Thank you

toilet by reception not wheelchair or rollator accessible, window in room does not open - serious fire risk -dinner ends far too early told 8pm! car park full looks like non-residents cars - my car with disabled stickers was blocked in - no control on entry. Bedding felt damp! Could not get a better room because no lift available although offered as an option was not confirmed until arrival and the no room available.
