The Seafront Location was excellent, Breakfast was great and inclusive Parking a real bonus in Brighton.
The lobby entrance area was drab, untidy and appeared not cleaned frequently enough, so did not give a good first impression. The room was not ready on time and we had to wait 20 minutes We were warned in advance that aircon was not working due to refurbishment and a fan was provided. The room itself was adequate but decor tired and in need of renewal, eg: chipped paint on window, carpet worn, bottom of toilet door worn. Would probably look at an other alternatives next time in Brighton.
