Great location and facilities and for the money, you can't get any better. Fantastic breakfast too and very nice staff. Room had everything you need and very comfortable.
Got an old aesthetic going but that doesn't mean it's bad although a little modernisation would go far. Only actual issue is parking as there is not enough for those staying so if you plan to go out and come back after 7-8pm then there is no parking. There are a couple streets within a 2-3 minute walk of the hotel so it was not the biggest issue. You can park outside the front but it is typically full already but you may get lucky. Also, the parking is always closed with a gate so if you did want to park, you would have to drive round back, leave your car, walk to the front and open the gate yourself. A key for those staying would go a long way.

It was in a good location for our purposes and the car park was very secure. The breakfast was very good. The shower was great and there was a generous allocation of teas and coffees.
The room was very warm, we should have opened a window (but we were on ground floor) and the plastic mattress protector made for a sweaty nights sleep.
