It was easily accessible, the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the pillows were decent. The place was clean and had the essentials e.g fridge, kettle, storage space for bags. In a quiet area too.
It was a little bit small but for the price I should probably have had lower expectations. No parking.

The property is completely anonymous. It is in the middle of a housing development and appears to comprise 4 individual rooms. The one I booked was basic. Would have been good to have lightbulbs in both of the lights, rather than just one, and a cup or glass in the room or bathroom. Parking is available immediately outside the property albeit first come first served but to find the place I had to park and leave my car in a communal area with dire threats of fines. I have yet to find out if I have unwittingly racked up a penalty, simply whilst trying to find the place. Instructions to enter the building and assorted codes arrived via the Booking.com app only after I had parked and phoned the manager to find out if I was at the right place. Value for money? I suppose so but not sure the product quite matches the "Luxe" description..
