Booked in at last minute at a very busy time early august and had a most comfortable nights sleep.

All staff seemed happy to be working there , the bar staff we chatted to were brilliant , reception staff were very helpful , cleaning staff were always happy , the food was really good , a decent price , breakfast was some of the best buffet food l have had in a hotel .
The price of wine , the TV was hopeless , it needs instructions , the bed was too soft for me but my partner slept fairly well , we had a dog with us as it stated dog friendly £10 a night extra , no dog basket or even a dog blanket , no bowls or even treats , walking the dog was ok , they have areas on hotel site where l feel they could fence off with gate access to allow dogs to run free .

Staff very helpful ,plenty of parking, room fine if a bit outdated.
We were disappointed with meal evening menu, selection was poor. Staff helped out, only one lift in operation. Noise in corridor at 3am. Breakfast was ok but overall we did not enjoy our stay.
