Very comfortable
Had a problem with the water in the sink wouldn't go down told the lovely men when check out short say

It was convenient for the city centre and also close to transport links
Very quiet overnight on the first floor which helped us get a great nights sleep
The accommodation was a little rough around the edges, sealant and finish in the bathroom was looking tired and messy. A bit of TLC would make the biggest difference.

The staff, food and size of rooms.
It lacked attention to detail in the corridors and bathrooms. Some areas were dusty and paintwork was tired.
