The staff were great
A bottle of water in the fridge in the room would have been nice

Hotel, was great for a short stay in Cambridge without being overly expensive. Excellent transport from the city centre and usually only about 20 minutes. Easy to walk into town as well if you enjoy a good walk. Food in the restaurant was good and there is a Sainsbury store right next door. Our room was very comfortable and well thought out plenty of storage space and comfortable bed.
Carpet stains which were very visible and no one had attempted to remove them

Was generally very good; new so little broken, an extensive range of room lighting, huge and comfy bed, walking distance to the Park & Ride….but above all a 12:00 check out (which, while not unique, ought to be the industry standard)
Check in staff a little wooden…..but no more than comparable

Nice modern room as you would expect from Hyatt. Fridge in room and supermarket around corner for supplies.
Parking is expensive (£20). Hotel on outskirts of Cambridge so not a lot of choices nearby for bars, restaurants etc.
