The staff
It was a heat wave and the windows did not open and there was a fan that did not cut the mustard to keep us and the room cool at all

Lovely clean property, with super staff.
Nice location, lovely food.
Bed was super comfy. Only thing that impacted our sleep was that another guest had a radio on throughout the night - this was heard in our room and kept us awake unfortunately

Nice country pub
We were allocated one if the second floor bedrooms for our stay, but conditions were not great due to the current heat-wave. We were provided with a fan, but this did not have the capacity to cool the room sufficiently during the current extreme conditions - I don’t think this would have been an issue under “normal” conditions.
