The location of the hotel is very good. It has amazing spa facilities and swimming pool. The food was really delicious.
Everything was great but if we could pick we would say that the water in the pool could have been a little warmer (more for the kids)

The spa facilities (notably swimming pool and tennis courts) were lovely and numbers were kept to a comfortable size during kids times so that kids can really enjoy swimming and playing in the pool. The main restaurant, FYR, was great and the food delicious. Staff at both the restaurant and hotel were great, they provided excellent service.
The toiletries and robes in the rooms are also very good quality.
The rooms could do with an upgrade to truly be 4*. The TVs really need to be smart TVs these days and while the shower is powerful and good to use the bathroom as a whole could do with an upgrade, starting with a shower screen rather than a curtain as the curtain gets in the way.
