We have used your hotel about 6 times now, it is consistently very good & a pleasure to stop before our cruise holidays
The breakfast is getting smaller & more wheelchair ramps are required.

What a very pleasant surprise, especially at that price point. My expectations were completely exceeded and that is extremely difficult as I am a very seasoned and cynical traveller
The walls are quite thin and I suspect it would be easy to be disturbed if you had noisy neighbours

Beds were very comfy.
Shower was nice and powerful.
Room was a bit tired. A lot of bleach stains on the carpet and the bathroom tiles were broken with bedded in grime/dirt/mould.

Quite close to Southampton port for a cruise
Very noisy pub, food not very warm where you checked in. Lodge had very dirty corridor carpets which were being replaced but it did not give a good look.
