Lovation for ferry crossing was great.

Room not cleaned to standard, Bin not emptied from last guest and chocolate marks on the desk. Didnt complain as it was just a quick overnight stay.

Great location for the wedding we were going to and lots of shops nearby. The rooms were comfy and clean.

Didn't bother us too much but the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and on its last legs!

Rooms were good size

Weren’t told could use facilities of other hotels spa etc. also rooms needed a clean and hadn’t been hoovered for a while as my sons white socks showed this with dark hairs all over it, dust and nail clippings in the bathroom was also a giveaway.
