The facilities were good, food lovely, bed very comfortable & loved the pool & jacuzzi.
Staff were excellent, every member of staff we had any contact with were extremely polite, professional, hard working & nothing was too much trouble.
Also loved the 12md check out. You donât get that in many hotels.
Found some for the prices sooo expensive, got 2 drinks from the selection by reception on our way out, for our journey home & it cost us ÂŁ7.50 for a lucazade & a 250ml orange juice!, extortionate!

Donât agree with the ÂŁ5 but marking you have to pay!

The swimming pool was great and Graham was so welcoming, parking for disabled was great. Breakfast plenty of choice and food was always hot, nice staff.
Food dinner was very poor, plus over priced. The fire alarm going off at midnight, and no staff, telling us if was real or not. was appalling, plus very dangerous. If there had been a fire the outcome would have been catastrophic, as no one left there rooms. I had a cobweb over my bed, i did see if house keeping would ever remove it, but the spider lives on.
