Excellent location, so close to everything.
Shower was rubbish, kept going hot and cold at one stage it stopped altogether then came back on after a minute or so!

Perfectly comfortable room and great location near the sea front.
Also near the local pub which was rather noisy when trying to sleep.

Check in was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Changed our room to one on first floor with a balcony. Great view of sea and the hustle and bustle. Loved it.
Lots of stairs and doorways narrow. Unfortunately, one of the cups was stained with purple. Did come off with a quick run under the tap.
Bedding was very clean. Floor, although no bits and appeared clean, was dirty. Our feet were filthy. Could do with a quick mop. Other than these niggles, ideal stop off before our stay on Lundy.

The location is very convenient in order to reach the harbour/marina. The booking was economical / good value for money, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and met bare minimum expectations. I also learned the accomodation is dog friendly which is a big appeal to me as a dog-owner so I may be back.
Nights were very loud due to its extremely close proximity to bars/pubs. Between loud drunk partygoers in the street, and the seagulls on the roof, I barely slept. The pillows are VERY small/thin, I recommend bringing your own. The sheets had some threadbare holes.
