The preservation of the old timber
Room is very dated. Lighting is dim. Toilet seat plastic. Internet hit and miss. Elevator so slow.

General location was ok and what we wanted
The complicated way that to get to Darling Harbour you had to get the lift to level 2 then walk across a bridge to a car park then take the lift to ground and walk across the light rail. I wish I had known this before booking for my elderly parents who found it confusing and difficult.

Location was convenient. Staff very helpful and let me store bags before and after. Comfy enough bed.
Little noisy through the wall- but it did provide earplugs

Cool building. Comfortable.
The bedroom was on the hallway side, with a window into the hallway which was kind of weird.
To get to the hotel from the light rail you have to go through a car park building which was difficult to figure out when trying to find the hotel.
