location is everything

The location was great, multiple secure parking options around, room as advertised (every hotel in the city is smaller rooms but it was adequate and well priced for what you had in the room) and bed comfortable.

bathroom was not cleaned properly - there was hair over the walls and on the shower floor. Toilet likewise required further attention to detail with cleaning. one of the pillows was covered in red and black fluff ? aircon only worked on heat or fan - needed cool air as the room was very warm

Room is so small and there was nowhere to place our bags the wardrobe was also coffee station and the bathroom was a glass fronted cubicle tucked beside the bed

The location was very handy to Darling Harbour and the transport on the L1 light rail very convenient.

Standard Queen room too small and cramped

Better value, not bad location close to Darling Harbour

Booked standard queen, which is size up from smallest but unbearably cramped. Could not swing a cat and no room for luggage. Cannot recommend. Also bathroom dirty with multiple hairs. A bit disgusting. For 2nd night they moved us to a larger room which was much better and also cleaner.

Central, clean, comfortable. Excellent.

Location was perfect for Darling Harbour, just a short walk away. A couple of mini marts were an added bonus and close to the light rail to explore Sydney. The receptionist was awesome and really made us feel welcome.

Cute, convenient, does what it needs to!

It was conveniently located for us, and well priced. The lady who greeted us and checked us in was super personable and nice, and the lady who checked us out was lovely also.

The bed sagged quite badly in the middle which was a bit uncomfortable, and the lights near the door for the lights, air con, and mains power were quite distracting to sleep.

Disappointed

The location was very convenient to going to ICC

For the price I paid the room was very small.For a couple there was hardly space to move ,only 1 stood to sit on,no place to put Ur luggage, under the bed!!!!. No cupboard to put things. For 1 nite stay it's ok but we had 4 nites, so it's up to you to book, I won't do it again.

Lovely, staff are amazing.

I got free upgrade to a balcony suite due to cancellations. Gee Gee at the front desk was lovely and the room was beautiful.

The bathroom could have been cleaner behind the toilet, the shower seat and the floor beneath. The bathroom was a disabled accessible bathroom. The shower head works fine when taken off the holder but when placed in doesn’t fit right and falls down at the wrong angle. When placed in the holder at an angle that holds the shower head was at a 90 degree angle and showers the entire bathroom.

Lovely staff. Very clean

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable. It was very small. However, I'm sure if I knew measurements etc, then when booking I would have known how small it was!!

Great location, friendly staff. Chic and simple rooms.

Staff were SO friendly, helped with a late check in and parking, seamless. The location is great, good value.

Parking was not cheap but still discounted through the hotel. To be expected with that location though.

Cosy, great location, comfortable bed

Great location, very comfortable bed that is high off the ground, was able to get a late check out, staff friendly.

Our room phone was on max volume which disrupted our sleep when we received a call. Only one room key - we can’t remove the one from the room so we need to come back at the same time (and people may forget to turn off the aircon/lights).

Great stay at Hotel Kith :)

Extremely comfortable bed. Very good location, close to Darling Harbour. Nice and clean room, everything we needed for our stay.

The room was quite small, absolutely fine for our stay, as we were out most of the time. But for anyone needing more room or spending more time in the room, it may be too small.

Central, Simple & Friendly. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Staff was friendly. They called me to check what time I was arriving, and could easily provide a late check in staff member if I was going to be late. The room itself was small, but so well designed that it didn't feel small. Great facilities and location was perfect!

Couldn't figure out how to get the wifi working, and wasn't provided any directions on checking in.
