Established in 1975 Grosvenor features a 5 Star location directly opposite the beautiful and world renowned Surfers Paradise Beach. Our self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments each with a balcony are independently owned and fully furnished.

Location
Kitchen equipment (frypan and electric frypan) are not adequate for cooking and need to be replaced. Toaster is rusted. Kettle is stained. One of the single beds bases is broken and creaks. Carpets are filthy and need to be shampooed. Our feet were black and filthy walking around so all had to wear shoes.
