I just think if you pay for 3 people, a third bed should be set up, like the folding couch. Not to go around and find sheets and set it up yourself. At least have the sheets and a 3rd towel sitting on couch

With the price i paid i assumed i would get a bed and and a breky bar type room. When we opened the door i was truely shocked. The unit was huge, clean, comfortable, welcoming, plus more. Then the view just stopped me in my tracks...

I liked the location the most. It was close to the beach and cavil avenue.
Upon arrival, I was disgusted to find stray hair inside both the fridge and the freezer. To make matters worse, the microwave was filthy and gave off an unbearable smell every time it was opened.
The service was even worse than the hygiene standards. After using the pool, I couldn't get the door unlocked from the outside to re-enter the building. I called reception for assistance, and despite the front desk being literally 10 meters away from where I was standing, the staff member told me it would take over 10 minutes for him to come out—and he demanded $100 to unlock it! (At 1pm mind you) Absolute extortion. I refused to pay and had to stand outside waiting until another guest kindly let me in. Completely unacceptable management and zero hospitality. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
