Nice property in a great location with an easy walk to Cavill Ave and all public transport. Free secure parking for guests. The pool and pool area were exceptionally clean with a BBQ, seating, loungers and umbrellas. Easy late check-in, very helpful staff and good facilities. We had a problem with the TV and it was replaced immediately with a new one.

The location and the amazing staff by the name of Anne at reception 😊🫶🏾
There's not much to not like however the bed is the only thing we had to say anything.

Very close to Surfers Paradise, only a short walk over the bridge and close to the local cafes and shops.
Air conditioner was good
Safety was good.
Car park was good and handy
The street was really quiet
The lady at the reception was so lovely
Not enough plug spaces in the unit, only one in the kitchen and one near the dining table (byo extension cords and power boards)
The bathroom taps were extremely creaky.
There were a couple or more German roaches around the unit.
Lighting in the unit wasn't great at night times.
