A good location, close to supermarkets, bottle shops & eateries.
With views of Surfers centre, bus pick up within walking distance & G-link was within walking distance as well.
Some of the cleanliness of the kitchen & laundry had been overlooked/missed.
The bed was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs - I ended up with a sore back... I found blankets/quilts, folded them to add some much needed padding.
You can hear a lot of road noise.

the location is perfect as it is near the surfers paradise
when we got to the apartment 43 in level 8, the mugs and glasses were dusty and some even have stains and dirt on it. The lights were really dim and outside lights are not working
