Lovely place, lovely sunset and facilities. Great for kids
There was not a good management of the sun beds. There were 7 pools, and all had full sun beds with towels, but only 20% of them with people. Which was frustrating for us, because we could never find a comfy sun bed.

Newly renovated so most of the buildings are nice and clean and new. Food overall was good quality. The beach is very private and beautiful but not easily accessible. Lots of activities for everyone in the family to do. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Even though you pay for the all inclusive you have to pay again just to reserve a paddle or tennis court. The paddle court is also unusable because the top net is too low. It was Impossible to get a lounge chair by the main pool because People put down towels (even though they aren't they and don't come back for hours) and no one from the hotel helps to make sure this could be avoided. The gym is small and outdated and closes at 9pm. There are only 3 other 'restaurants' which were always booked up so you have to get used to the buffet.

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare was truly delightful. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views and beautifully maintained grounds that make it a wonderful place to relax.
The buffet was divine, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food every day. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the water park—it was an absolute blast for both the kids and the kids at heart! Our children also experienced their very first evening theater show here, and they absolutely loved it. It became one of the most memorable parts of our vacation.
The only downside was that our room felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could definitely use some renovation and improvement. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing holiday in Crete.

The food and resort were nice.
I was given the room 1200. The access was litteraly INSIDE the service stairs separated from the main hotel corridor by a fire door. The room was nice but its locatioin is.not normal.
