Excellent staff, very helpful. rooms are OK, not luxury but comfy.
I didn't like the eggs at breakfast, they not natural eggs. Eggs in a box.

Reception staff were friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Walls cracked and black (mouldy) everywhere. Gym equipment broken, not working.
Bedroom never vacuum cleaned. Wardrobe doors broken (I fixed it). Safe without lock (unusable). No toilet paper in bathroom (reception was quick to rectify this).
Swimming pool dirty, didn't see it being cleaned even once.
The most strange is that you must pass through repection to go to the swimming pool area.
