Nothing really

The castle is beautiful. The service of the personel made our trip way better, but otherwise we were a bit shocked that this is a 5*

The hotel is a bit run down and worn out. Limescale everywhere in the bathroom and the textiles such as carpet and curtains were even nearly torn. The bed and it’s sheets was amazing!
