Beautiful place. Staff was amazing
Had an issue one night at the outdoor restaurant where we waited 30 minutes to get waited on and then they said they were closed. We were there 30 min before closing and just wanted a tapas.

The rooms big with a great view
I think is over priced for what it has to offer.Not a very big pool and and a bit disappointed with the food,bar and entertainment (as is a adults hotel)

Spacious rooms. Good location. Nice breakfast selection. Room was kept clean and tidy by the cleaning staff.
Would not class this as a 4 star hotel. Did not meet expectations. Private beach is actually just access, need to pay for sunbeds with another company. Small touches around the hotel were not to the standard I would expect - sunbeds etc not wiped down in the morning, still wet and stained, no cushions to use and when we asked was told they don’t provide them. Basic tea and coffee, no milk provided and again when asked we were told no.
Apart from elizandro. Staff were not attentive, they were not rude but not friendly or helpful. During the day hardly any staff around the grounds to assist with service.
