The room was clean and have everything working well. Clean sheets, lights and towels
The street were is located. There are old abandoned cars parking in front of the property which doesn’t make it easy for people bringing suitcases or any emergency exit. It looks unsafe

Good location, though at first it looks like a strange, neglected street – but that’s only the first impression. Parking nearby is not a problem. Self check-in and quick responsiveness from Luis. Very pleasant terrace with a nice view, even of storks.
Air conditioning would be good. A day before arrival, while we were already on the way, we received an SMS (via the Booking app) from the Easy4Stay contact person saying we needed to pay an additional Tourist Tax (in the season €2/night/person) in cash, with instructions to leave the money in the room upon departure. Normally, the tourist tax is always included at the time of booking and is part of the rental price. If it were otherwise, this should be clearly stated in the booking offer. In this case, it felt misleading. Due to being in a hurry, we ended up paying again in cash, which left us with a very negative impression. After checking later an invoice from booking, we already paid Tourist Tax...
