Breakfast was excellent. Views and location were amazing. Pool was good.
The hotel allowed pets, which we wouldn't have a problem with as such. But we had constant barking on our floor, and I mean constant. We complained a couple of times. Guests leave dogs in the room all day when they go out and the dogs are scratching at the door trying to get out. It was a real downer on our holiday listening to this.
There were none of the niceties you'd expect for a 5star hotel. There's no way the hotel should have 5 stars. 4 at max.
The beds are like a sleeping on a plank of wood...not good.

Location and beach access were amazing! Loved the boardwalk.
So convenient to walking strip for nightlife.
Close to boat tour marinas (walking distance).
Lovely European style rooms.
Water aerobics was fun.
Pool closes too early.
Gate to boardwalk should stay open past sundown.
Water should be available everyday to guests for free.
Pool should have a daily pool activity.
