Location, staff, nice breakfast
Mattress could have been a little thicker. We added a comforter on the mattress just to soften it up a bit more.

Staff excellent. Parking very good. Provided garage parking briskly. Left my phone in room realised 40km away upon booking out. Used by wife's phone, called hotel lady on reception spoken very good English went to room located it and I collected it by returning 30mins later. She was wonderful help.
Parked in garage and in morning 10 cyclists had parked their bicycles behind my vehicle some
locked them together, so could not move them all out to mauvor out. They turned up approx 9.30am. Frustrating.

I spent there just one night. Reception staff was very kind. Breakfast was good and abundant although not very vegan-friendly. There’s a big garage for motorcycles. Bus stop near the hotel that brings you right to Maribor main square.
City centre is far if you’re on foot and you have to walk through a not really nice area. I went there in July and there wasn’t heating although it wasn’t warm outside, I had to use a duvet!
