The view from the restaurant deck is amazing overlooking Cork. The hotel seems posh.
I did have an issue with one thing in my room and presented it to customer service. They corrected the issue and offered a gift for my trouble.
Parking can be tricky as well as just getting to the hotel on a very narrow road.
Posh as it may be, attention to detail could be better; like offering a porter to help with bags especially when finding the room and carrying luggage requires going up stairs, down a short hallway and down stairs again(forget the hokey elevator).

A perfectly located hotel in Cork, offering great service and views to match. Couldn't fault the experience or the politeness of the team at the Hotel, particularly Ken who could not have been more welcoming.

Staff were super friendly. View is beautiful. Pool is fine.
The service was bad. Example, it took ages to get someone to help me with bags since I arrived alone with my three year old. The service in the dining room was appalling.
