Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable with nice food and good service. Unfortunately you’ve to pay for parking which I feel should be included in your stay. Some notice about the pool closed to kids from 6pm would be beneficial also. Perhaps to be included in the booking information. The pool itself is very nice and clean.
Overall though we love this hotel and will absolutely return.

Incredible staff could not do enough for the family. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and pool facilities enjoyed by whole family. Can’t wait to go back!!

Our stay at the River Lee was fabulous. The staff are most accommodating and friendly. Anything we needed was provided promptly with a friendly smile. If I return to Cork again in the future I will definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff throughout the hotel. The resteraunt was first class, try the duck and the bacon.

The hotel location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the English Market, and there is underground parking (extra charge). As its a few minutes walk away from bars and restaurants, the hotel is quiet at night.
The staff are lovely. Our room was comfortable and spotless, however some small details like charging points beside the bed would have improved the stay - we had to use the plug at the desk. The TV has chromecast so you can stream your own entertainment. One thing I would have liked is the ability to turn the air off, the temperature in the room was perfect but the air was a little loud when we were going to sleep - it didn't hinder us from sleeping, but I would have preferred the ability to turn it down/off.

I liked the hotel very much. good friendly personal always in for a nice conversation. The food is good could be a bit more variation and more bar snacks. The rooms are a bit over dated no usb chargers not enough sockets and over dated furniture in the room. Bathroom is nice I had a shower and bath separated and was very clean. Overall good Hotel nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

We had a very leaky shower that required us to put down 2 bath mats to keep the floor from getting soaked when we showered.
House keeping was great!
We requested robes and slipper for use to go to the pool and after an hour called to see if they were bringing them and the said they would send someon up with them. After another half hour we just went to the pool and changed there as we wasted time waiting.

The hotel had brown/yellow water coming out of the tap and showers. After wasting two hours of our time, they were not able to find a room that had clean water. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. Horrible experience!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Housekeeping was very good. Restaurants were very good.
Shower water did not get very hot and at times there was a brief interruption of the water flow.

The River Lee Hotel was our favorite hotel in the 8 days we where in Ireland. Every part of it, from the staff, food, drinks and the complete complete hotel, made it a great 2 night stay.

Hotel was warm and friendly. Reception (Ryan) very articulate on what was provided. Food in the restaurant (dinner) was also first class.

The River Lee was excellent in every way: comfortable beds and pillows(very important to me😊) easy to park the car and affordable price for overnight parking, centrally located, supremely accommodating staff, good food and drink options, exceptionally clean on all fronts, lovely spacious rooms. Will definitely stay again when we are in Cork. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very accomodating hotel. The staff was welcoming and kind, while the room was spacious and comfortable. We loved it, and if we return to Ireland we will definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing. The hotel parking is adjacent with elevator to underground garage. Do not get the parking ticket stamped and wait to exit. It expires in 30 minutes.
Very quiet and convenient with a 15 minute walk to English market and other Cork highlights. UCC is 2 minute walk.

Ive stayed at The River Lee multiple times. Its oerfectly situated for the city centre and UCC. The staff are unfailingly professional and friendly. And the hotel itself is modern and comfortable. Simply the best hotel in Cork city.

Wonderful room, lots of space great service. Prices in the bar and restaurant very high. The exercise facilities and pool are not part of the hotel and are open to any one with a membership.Lockwr rooms we're not clean
