This is our favourite place to stay in Cork - everything is magical there: the very welcoming and very friendly and always smiling hotel staff, the location is buzzing, the waterfall, the rooms are just perfect, the restaurants and Cask bar; etc.

The Staff were very friendly, the room was lovely, very clean and met our needs perfectly.
Unfortunately it was Graduation Night when we were there. All the restaurants were booked out so finding somewhere to eat was very problematic and the noise levels in the Hotel were bad. Not sure if there was a party going on above us but the music was on going until the small hours. I appreciate this couldn't be helped but it would have been nice if the hotel could have forewarned us at the time of booking.

Beautiful historic hotel and we loved our room as well as the area it was located
All was very good but parking was a few blocked away. Not a show stopper though.

The location and the staff were lovely.
Our room was sweltering and directly above the Cask Bar. We asked for an additional fan but it did little to alleviate the stuffy heat. While we understand that older hotels do not have a/c, on very hot days, they need to make a better plan for cooling down rooms. The noise from the bar was very noticeable.
