Excellent location, lovely staff
Our Booking did not include breakfast. But the location of the hotel is city centre. It is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history and gorgeous decor. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Hotel parking is not included in the price. It is €15.00 PER DAY. The car park itself is about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the hotel. It is however coded at the entrance and locked after use which is very safe.

Location,style, comfort and service
Parking was a bit far but it’s to be expected for properties in the heart of the city.

Great central location but no car parking on site.
Great location. Splendid entrance foyer.
The junior suite we booked had a bathroom only slightly larger than a toilet on an aeroplane. We changed after one night to a much better bathroom. The receptionist took payment in full before we were able to access our room. The lounge was accessible only by key - two small cold rooms where we kept our coats on. Cheap toilet paper.

We stayed in The jewel in the crown for our first trip to Cork. It’s just a pity about the Rugby Score. Llongyfarchiadau
Impressive first impressions with greeting at door by concierge and brilliant, helpful reception staff. Decor and layout wonderful. Rooms spacious and easily accessible with lifts to all floors. Lovely bar, restaurant and coffee lounge. It was easy walking distance to main streets with excellent restaurants. The food in the hotel was excellent with great breakfast to set you up for the day. The tribute to Michael Collins really interesting and very moving.
If we were to find fault there was a €20 cost per person per hour to use the spar which was small and not worth the cost. I would have thought that could be complimentary given already paying the overhead on its heating etc.

Enjoyed cork the hotel not so much since it everything they offer was completely booked
Loved the ambiance of the hotel! Very beautiful place. The Bar Sketch was amazing which from food to drinks to service!
I had booked this hotel cause it was my husband’s and I anniversary thinking we could get a nice get away with SPA, massages and everything else they offer. When we got there and wanted to start our journey we were told that it is booked completely out and we couldn’t do any of those things which made me very sad and made people who book the nights there should be first priority or should be told at booking that this was the case! So we spends loads of money for a romantic spa hotel but couldn’t use a thing! Recommend before booking to make sure they can give you what you asking for!

Overpriced but good location.
Great location, room was clean, comfortable and very quiet considering city centre location.
Spa needed to be prebooked and was an extra fee per person so we didn’t go as we’d already paid a lot to stay there. We were also not informed at any point before our stay that we needed to prebook spa area (not for treatments, just to sit in the thermal suite).
