Staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming
Nothing I didn’t like. Such a luxury hotel, lots of charm and character. With the little touches throughout. Like the old dial phone in the room as an example.

A great and historical hotel in such a great central location. The staff were so friendly especially Geraldine , who was so friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you!

The reception experience was good with friendly staff. Parking was very far away, though. The room was lovely, fresh and clean, with a nice welcome birthday plate for my husband. We did not eat in the hotel, although we did have a drink in the bar. It was disappointing to pay 15 for a glass of wine. Overall, a lovely and enjoyable staff.
Parking. Cost of glass of wine in bar, felt it was too expensive.
