Second time staying here because we liked it so much the first time. Staff were efficient and friendly. Hotel is nice and great location.
The hotel room is showing age which lets it down. Our shower was very discoloured due to age and not being cleaned very well. Room window looks out on to entrance area so we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time. Advance notice of this would have been appreciated.

We were a group of 4 people in 2 separate rooms.
Rooms were very clean, very spacious. Beds very comfortable with great pillows. Generally a very good standard and a complementary bottle of wine.
The buffet was superb and had all the ingredients for a lovely English breakfast. The all-inclusive gave us access to sister hotels which was different to anything we'd experienced at other hotels. We were there for our anniversary weekend and managed to book both Indian and mexican experiences for our evening meals. The ocean bar/food area had beautiful views of the beach and we loved it there.
I'd gladly go back to this hotel... Some people have not given very positive reviews and I can sort of understand why as the hotel is classed as a 5 star but is a bit dated however this is very much reflected in the price you pay.
All in all for what you pay it's great value.

Being asked for copies of passports at check in (illegal) and asked for a €100 deposit. Haven’t looked into it but also likely illegal.
