Only stayed for one night but the room and outside balcony area were a great size
The pool had a good vibe to it but if you were thinking of relaxing this may not be for you.

Filipa the receptionist was great, super welcoming and helpful, the apartment was also top, two balconies, tv with all the channels one can have, and the kitchen was fully fitted with everything a family can need. The pool and the pool staff were also great, André was very thoughtful and helpful(he served our coffees on the table as we have two babies and couldn’t get in the pool) and made the pool morning very enjoyable and entertaining with his small chat.
I requested a cot bed and a high chair but it wasn’t provided and the wifi connection was very poor around the house :/

the apartment was big a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be and it had 2 balconies and one massive terrace which was very nice. it also had a washing machine which was handy.
our room was covered in mould and the walls had makeup stains on them. the shower was a bit of a problem as the bathroom kept flooding. the staff were exceptional at check in we had a lovely lady but during our stay the security at night time and the male receptionist were very rude to me and my friends. since our apartment was on the top floor up about 5 flights of stairs, since it was just girls staying in the apartment we could not carry our 30kg suitcases up all the stairs so the boys that came with us but were staying in different accomodation decided to help us, during check in there was no problem they brought up the bags and left. but unfortunately for us on the way to check out in the middle of the night just one was coming up to help and we ran into the security who wanted to see his wristband. when we explained the situation the boy was dragged into reception by himself and we were all made wait outside, he was being shouted at by the male receptionist in a foreign language. when he came out we thought the problem was resolved but then the security started following us up to the room without saying a word. we got into the apartment and started grabbing out suitcases when all of a sudden the security was banging on the door and then he proceeded to let himself in without warning.very unprofessional and a very scary situation. the boy was then dragged out and thrown out by the security who tried to threaten him on the way down. BEWARE they don't allow you to bring people back to your room even just to help wit your bags
